Refund Policy

Try first, then buy

Every touski plugin has a free demo with every feature, so you can test it on your own computer, in your own DAW and with your own music before paying. Because of this, and because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

Your right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

Your plugin is digital content that is delivered right away. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or license key is provided.

When we will refund

We will issue a full refund if:

• you were charged twice for the same product by mistake;
• we could not deliver your license key within 7 days of your order;
• the plugin has a technical fault that we cannot fix or work around within 14 days after you report it to us.

These cases do not affect any other rights you have under consumer law.

How to ask

Write to touskiplugins@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. Refunds are made through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. When a refund is issued, the license key for that order is deactivated.
